Description

I bought this a long time ago, and even uploaded it on CAF, until one fine day, I deleted my complete gallery by mistake. And I lost the original scans in a hard-drive crash. Boo hoo, there goes my page views.

Grant Morrison's run on Doom Patrol had that quirky excitement to it that formed a major part of 90's Vertigo. I was unfortunate enough to read issues 41-50, could not understand any of it, and gave up on the series until 2004, when a sustained reading of the full run showed me just how awesome it was. Crazy Jane. The Brotherhood of Dada. The Beard-hunter. ( Ironically, this character confused the shit out of me when I was reading DP for the first time) It also took some time to warm to Richard Case's art ( a problem I faced with Tony Harris as well, if I recall correctly). If i had a chance, I would love to buy one of Simon Bisley's covers to the run. Anyone?

Wonderful Case DP page. When Morrison's run ended, they should have declared that nobody could touch this title again!

Yeah who wouldn't love one of Bisley's covers to this wonderful series!
