"Silent Whistle" by Ruel Pascual

This piece by Ruel Pascual is titled "Silent Whistle". When I saw this fantastic piece listed on ebay I just had to have it. It was just too cute to pass up and the money was going to a good cause so I had to go for it.




The piece is part of the Beautiful Grim auctions that are being run to help raise money for a young woman who is battling breast cancer at the age of 25. All of the remaining funds will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation so however it goes the money is going towards a great cause.




The theme for the event is "Beautiful Grim," a concept that has been left open to the artists' interpretation. I love the piece that Ruel came up with.
