DescriptionThis is done by GORDON PURCELL for Dynamic Forces 2006 The Red Sonja trading card release, and the sketch cards were special inserts seeded at a ratio of approx. 1 original art sketch card per box. I submitted this sketch card for professional grading. Most sketch cards don't grade high, since the nature of how they're produced blank, then subequently mailed to the artist, who then handles the card and draws on the surface and then mails them back and then they're inserted into random packs, then the pack is opened and card handled, usually lends itself to some inherent damages that may occur. I enjoy the grading for reasons primarily of displaying the piece as well as the preservation and storage of the encasing of the card. Plus, the card is also authenticated with all of the details on the release - artist, manufacturer, and other notes. GORDON PURCELL is best known for drawing the art for the indie fan favorite super heroine character, FLARESocial/Sharing |
