Description

The infamous Emperor Palpatine, back during his days posing as an unassuming politician, was rendered by Joe Corroney, regular artist on the Star Wars Insider magazine. Joe is a big fan of the films, and he does an incredible job rendering the likenesses of the characters. He was the perfect artist to draw the Emperor-to-be. This sketch was done at the 2003 Pittsburgh Comicon.
