Description
Another item high on my hit list for San Diego this year was a nice Neal Adams Batman page and I'm delighted to have found this incredible example from the "Daughter of the Demon" story featuring the 1st appearace of Ra's Al Ghul (off panel, however).

I'm a bit surprised that no one has pointed out that the last panel features Ra's Al Ghul's first words in a comic... Very cool on many fronts!

Denny and Neal knew how to create the mythic and dramatic elements that have made this story and this villain so memorable.
