My favorite cover ever is Grifter #10, which I happen to own, is drawn by Ryan. I have been waiting for years to meet him and get a commission, but he's only ever been out west lately, so when I saw he was goin to be at C2E2 I was soooo excited. I got a VIP pass to the con, and as soon as the doors opened I ran right to him. I got my cover signed, talked to him for a minute or two and asked for a Grifter drawing. I was so happy to see the final result. I absolutely love the art, I think it looks great, but... My only complaint with this is that the guy after me asked for a drawing of Backlash and the finished piece, (which is on this site), looks very much like mine. Same composition, jsut different character. When I'm paying a hundred dollars for someone to draw me a picture, I'd like to think that it's somewhat original, and is not just goin to be recycled in the very next drawing!

I got this in 2010 at C2E2 and paid $100 for it.

Yours looks much better than the Backlash piece, in my opinion.
