DescriptionWolverine commissionby Chris Stevens September 2010 Talking to Chris a while back his commission list was all full, but I had my fingers crossed he would get an opening down the line. Fast forward and here we are! I asked Chris if he would do a Wolverine bust piece with some sort of Japanese sun in the background. This piece was inspired by the Buscema/Claremont 'Save the Tiger' story-arc, which featured Logan in the blue, sleeveless costume. Chris really impressed me with how dynamic he made this piece. It has a nice sense of lighting, great use of subtle colors, and a lot of attitude. Many thanks to Mr. Stevens for taking the time to do this one! Social/Sharing |
