Description

In the early 1990's I hooked up with Martin Branner's nephew and bought a bunch of Winnie Winkle originals from the 1920's. I kept the three best Sundays and a few dailies and sold the rest. This is a terrific example with "The Rinky Dinks", baseball and gratuitous use of stereotypical blacks in the top panel. Examples from the 1920's are scarce.
