holy sh!t!!!! alex was amazing! it's clear why frazetta learned so much from this guy. a true master illustrator.

I can see Raymond's influence in Frazetta's work also, though I've never heard Frazetta sight him as so. He alway's points out Foster as his big inspiration. Btw, Alex Raymond was 26 when he did this page...the same age Frazetta was when he did "UNTAMED LOVE" and the famous rejected "BUCK ROGERS" cover.
