Kubert & Redondo Ragman #3

I may need a CSI team to determine exactly what happened to this Frankenstein's Monster of a page. Here's my best guess. Joe, as usual, thumbnailed the book. Nestor & studio finished it. Then, in panels 3-5, Joe slapped tracing paper over the existing inks and reinked/redrew the entire scene, sans pencils. Yes, that's scotch tape holding the tracing paper on. Joe uses white out on this page like ink, using it to not only correct mistakes, but to render.
