George Metzger came down out of the Yukon for what I think was his last San Diego Comicon back in 1978. Some of us got stoned together, this exquisite memory is what George left me from that show. His Moondogs, Truckin, etc from Print Mint, his work in the fanzines back in the day such as Star Studded, Gosh Wow!, Bill Spicer's Graphic Story magazine, etc remain some of my fondest stuff to re-peruse.
