Description

Here's an illustration I did back during my Rocky Horror phase. I was proud of it then and still am. I had gotten into really trying to render with cross-hatching based on some pen points I was trying out. I used it on the envelopes to mail out my little artzine (very 'small press'/fanzine) OZONE.

I wish I could just whip out all kinds of drawings. I'm good with photo reference and no backgrounds. Backgrounds were ALWAYS a chore to me and kind of an after-thought. Some folks are just gifted with a better natural design sense. It's not like I didn't try to become a better overall artist, but at least my obsessive nature and inking were a pretty good fit.

Update: I would consider selling this now. I can add another scan or send you one that shows the full-size of the paper stock.
