Roger Robinson - Nightwing, Hugo Strange (as Batman) - Gotham Knights #11 p18

I confess I am not a fan of much of the writing of Devin Grayson on Nightwing (and much of the Batclan). She writes some terrific interactions and lovely little character vignettes, but overdoes the Unresloved Sexual Tension between Nightwing and Batman. (I've never been able to see Batman and Robin/Nightwing as being anything other than father and son, anything else just feels... off).

However, I'm afraid I find this page SO overblown and overwrought that it's approaching the hilarious and I couldn't resist, as trained psychiatrist and lunatic Hugo Strange seems to be describing the plot of a bad teenage romance novel as he outlines what he sees as the REAL dynamic between the original Dynamic Duo) and notably Nightwing does nothing to deny it.

All that being said, the art by Roger Robinson and John Floyd on inks has a striking starkness to it in black and white that sells the scene well.
