Description
Not exactly sure who pencilled this... When DC contacted me, they told me it was Garcia Lopez, so naturally, I was excited! But I've since heard it may have been Al Rio, who I inked quite a bit back in the day at WS. Either way, it's a nice piece.

That's Al Rio art all the way.

Correction: Al Rio pencils. It looks like someone else inked (signature under Al Rio's).

Um, yeah- I did William.:) I put my name on the credits even.:) Received this one as a scan from DC; that's why it was never clear who pencilled it (in addition to them telling me it was Garcia Lopez).

Yup. Does look like IRWIN, now that I think about it...

I didn't do my normal sig; I had to keep it simple like the penciller's sig on this one...

This was inked from a copy. There are no original Al Rio pencils underneath those inks. I know - I sold the original art. :)

You're right Terry, though I also never claimed it to be original pencils. As I said in the description and comment afterwards, this was a scan that DC sent me. My original inks are on vellum.

Jose Marzan is actually inking the original piece
