Description

This was the cover art for Bog: Swamp Demon #4 (Hall of Heroes, March 1997), drawn for my friend (and Bog creator) Ryan Brown�s swamp monster comic.

I completed this piece in December 1996.

This cover was all about using various brush techniques to create intensive textures; I don�t know how successful it was as an eye-catching cover, though, in the end. You be the judge. Since I'm never going to be selling any SWAMP THING cover art, these BOG covers might fill the bill... the original is an expansive 17" x 11" full bleed image (no border), brush, pen, ink, and permanent correctional white on sturdy still-pristine-white Bristol Board, in GREAT condition.
