I am pleased to say Skottie donated the money for this piece to the folks in Joplin, MO impacted by the 2011 tornado. As an added bonus Marc Maron himself liked this piece so much he also donated money for a print of this piece. I love the WTF podcast and Skottie's art so I was excited to pick this one up!

Words from Skottie on this piece:
"I've always loved the Muppets would mix with the current pop culture of the time. So today I couldn't resist adding the Muppets resident stand-up comedian to the podcasting clutches of W.T.F. 's Marc Maron. This is probably what it would like like if Fozzie stopped by the cat ranch and had a chat with Marc.

UPDATE: A big thank you goes out to Marc Maron, comedian and host of W.T.F. When he saw this post he requested a color print of the piece and in return he offered a generous donation to the cause in Joplin, MO. We don't ever sell prints, and we won't be starting. But since this is a drawing of him, and for him I made an exception. It's for charity! So, my hats off to Mr. Marc Maron for being an all around great guy. Thank you, my friend."

You can see the color print hanging on the wall of Marc Moran's studio in Season 2: Episode 1 of the show 'A Day In The Life' which followed Marc around for a day. You can see a screenshot from the episode below.

UPDATE 10/2019 - I was able to meet Marc Maron at one his comedy shows at Goodnights Comedy Club in Raleigh, North Carolina. Marc was kind enough to chat about the piece and sign the original at the event. He thought it was a print at first but when I told him it was the original he seemed to enjoy seeing it and talked about the color print he had hanging at his home. Many thanks to Marc for taking the time.
