Holy smokes! This is the page that got me hooked on John's fantastic heart pounding work on Spidey. This deserves a very ornate frame.

Bought this issue off the stands and probably read it a hundred times.. mostly because every page was amazing, just like this wonderful splash. Wow!

I'm more of a Ditko-man myself, but this was a superb and memorable two-parter that got the transition to Romita off to a great start!
