Description

This is a piece that I did in 2010 after I watched the end of Spiderman 3 and was commissioned to recreate the cover to Todd McFarlane's Amazing Spider-man #317 for a buyer named Steven here on CAF. As I was working on his commission, I got the idea to reimagine the idea of that cover but to have the symbiote a little more complete including Venom's head! I fell in love with this one and had it hanging on my wall for some time. I liked the serpentine look of Venom's head with the elongated jaw that looks like it is unhinged and ready to swallow Spidey whole. This is one of... actually my favorite(!) piece that I have ever done. I hope you all enjoy it as well.

I came across this piece while on the road with my wife handling some family business. I forgot I had pics of it on my flashdrive. Since I am away from home, I can't do much of anything other than just sketch, so if you have any questiosn for me concerning commissions or anything, please contact me next week when I return home.
