Croagunk, Brock & Random Girl (Pokemon) by Yura Kim (New York Comic Con/NYCC 2011)

First of all . . . yes, I am an adult that watches Pokemon. Don't judge . . . I don't see how tuning in to My Little Pony is any better.

Anyway . . . on the show, Brock (the guy in the middle) is one of Ash Ketchum's constant companions. The running gag is that he wants to become a Pokemon breeder, and he hits on girls his age or older a lot. I mean, a lot. He's a breeder than wants to breed, you understand.

A while back, Brock acquired a Croagunk. It was weird, since it's purple and poisonous, which makes it more of a Team Rocket member (see: Weezing & Arbok). In past seasons, Misty or Max would grab Brock by the ear and pull him away from any girl he would start macking on. Croagunk was a different case. Brock would start hitting on a lady in an embarrassing way, and Croagunk would pop out of its Pokeball and use Poison Jab on Brock. Then it would drag its stunned owner off-screen. That's right . . . Croagunk was a cockblocking Pokemon, and it was awesome to watch.
