What a cool find !! Not sure who Jim is, but he looks very powerful ! Can't wait to read his adventures... As long as they are illustrated by Romita Sr that is ! Congrats !

i think it's a commission work for someones (Jim's) 60th anniversary........but romitaman (Mike B.) can give you more info....last but not least,it is a fantastic Romita artwork !

I just noticed that Romitaman.com had this cover listed as sold on his website so I guess I bought it from the guy who bought it from him. Here's what the website says: This is a cute cover penciled and inked by the great JOHN ROMITA! This was an IN HOUSE comicbook cover drawn on cover stock board, for this person named JIM for his 60th birthday party apparently! For what it's worth not only do we get "Jim" dressed as Ironman somewhat, but we do get a smaller but nice penciled and inked Romita CAPTAIN AMERICA image at top of the cover!
