Description

One Man War, 23 x 14 1/2 (585 x 370). Published in May 1980, and reprinted New WPL138. The one thing l like about Mr Coton is his composition, like leaving space for titles etc. But this one, it just impossible to crop, the lead in lines, and the soldiers head on the third, make is image too strong to crop. the best way to see this painting is as it is. A failure as a comic cover, but not as a piece of art.
