Karate Kid and Batgirl (Cassandra Cain) by Jonboy Meyers

I've been a fan of Jonboy's art for a few years now and after seeing some great commissions he had done for others, knew I wanted him to do a Karate Kid piece for me. Cassandra Cain is my favorite Batgirl (although I like all of them) and the best fighter of all the Batgirls so I thought that she would make a great opponent for Mr. Val Armorr. And thought this started as a "Karate Kid vs." commission, upon seeing the final piece I decided that it looked more like a team-up. And this would be one fearsome team-up of martial arts masters! Jonboy drew one of the coolest-looking Karate Kid's I've ever seen, and I love Cassandra's belt and how we can see the determination on her face even under the mask. Thanks again to Jonboy for the excellent drawing!

Batgirl has never looked so formidable! Jonboy really poured on the detail and the drama in this Karate Kid combat commission. The tension is razor-sharp!
