it's strange to see batman without gauntlets, but great to see him team up with Alan scott. Need more of this in the future. It's an interesting dynamic as Bruce and Hal arn't the best of friends, but I think Bruce accepts Alan much more than Hal. Great find

This particular scene was a flashback to their first meeting, so we have an early evolution of Bat's costume. I've always got the feeling that Bruce respects Alan as the elder statesman, and perhaps one of his childhood heros. He would have grown up in Gotham perhaps before his parents died, hearing of exploits of the Green Lantern.
