The face on this one is one of perfect dangerous seduction. It stops the action at the exact right frame, just before one huge and convincingly pliable breast pops loose from its confinement as Vampi starts to disrobe. It's better in person as you can see the detail of the eyes which don't scan quite perfectly. MC Wyman's stuff often looks a lot like Adam Hughes, but this one is entirely his style.
No piece in my collection has inspired more artists to action than this one. There are at least two colorized versions extant with another wanting to do one (see first comment on this piece). Josef Rubinstein did a large inked version of this on spec and offered me first refusal. His inking is dead on. The original and the Rubinstein are in a double glass display which can be turned to put either one on view.
