Conan: Born on the Battlefield

Published in the Conan: Born on the Battlefield hardcover sketchbook section. Here's what Greg has to say about it:
"...The image above was originally intended as one of the last panels of the first chapter, and was, rightly so, seen by Kurt [Busiek] as overly maudlin and not Conanesque enough. So I hit again, finally coming up with the image that was included at the end of Chapter One, depicting a more ferocious, emotionally confused personage, rather than just a sense of sadness and loss."
