Description

Seen here Bruce Timm's designs for the unproduced 2nd series Secret Wars Dazzler figure's lenticular shield which would have been included with her Mattel action figure had it been released. Each figure in the line came with a small shield with a flicker changing sticker on it, and the image would change when you moved it. This one shows Dazzler fighting Mystique in her hangglider (which was also unproduced).

Of note here is that this job for Mattel was Bruce Timm's first job drawing comic heroes professionally, and since he only did two pieces with Mystique in them for the line, there is a 50/50 chance that this is the very first piece of Mystique art he ever drew. So, that's kind of cool.
