Unknown amateur artist: Copy of Mutt & Jeff strip, 1921

Mysterious 1:1 ratio (5" x 15") free copy of a Mutt & Jeff strip which originally ran in June, 1921, probably by an inspired amateur wannabe strip artist. Drawn on terrible quality board. The artist changed the name of the city from Hokey to Frederick (Maryland), but otherwise kept the same title. Pretty inept drawing, but not a bad effort for a beginner. I've seen a lot of fan art and copied drawings, but never a full strip done in this manner. I assume this was done at about the same time as the original, because otherwise the artist wouldn't have any way of knowing the original title, and I also wouldn't call this a forgery due to the change of the city name. Very odd.
