Rocketeer Story Page 1

I always assumed that the holy grail for most of us is to own a sequence, or better, a long sequence... or even better a full story. After all, we love sequential art and is there anything more sequential than the full storytelling in front of your eyes, page after page.


I was browsing innocently (OK, OK not so much, I was looking for something I might like) Albert's web site when I saw him posting these pages. It took me a few minutes to think about it, call him and get the full story ready to ship!


In an ideal world, I would own Stevens' Rocketeer full story but heck, in an ideal world, I would also have the brains of DaVinci, the body of Brad Pitt and the smooth rhetorical skills of J.F. Kennedy! For now, I will console myself with this beautiful, incredibly detailed story by the great Cassaday. He really did a fantastic job and I perceive this work as both a talented realization and a superb homage to Dave's creation. And now, let's the magic begins. Hope you enjoy it!
