This was done at the 2012 Wonder Con convention in Anaheim on Saturday 03/17/12 where she was appearing at the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund to raise funds for the charity, doing sketches for fans for a donation. This is Jean Grey "Marvel Girl" from The X-Men.
