Interesting Story. If you look closely you will see that the hand was replaced, with a piece of art pasted over.
According to Humberto Ramos he was asked to change this by Joe Quesada.
So far so good, right.
But the reason why he was asked to change this is because the guy was smoking a cigarette!
And Joe Quesada was very strickt about not showing a smoking person on any of the covers. There you go. True story...
