Description

I used to work as a liaison for a local funny book convention in the triangle. Budd was a regular and hands down, the nicest comic artist in the business! I like to refer to him as "the Gene Wilder/Willy Wonka" of comics! He'd give you the shirt off his back. One of the very best in the industry too. Just a great guy!

This piece was commissioned at our '96 armory two-day show. Even the late, great Bil Ruth was there! Great memories! My all-time favorite universal monster.
