Description

Despite Marvel Her-oes' not-so-great title, a miniseries about a handful of some of Marvel's best heroines reimagined in a high school setting ended up being one of my favorite kid's comics ever. Hippie chick with rage issues Jennifer Walters, and haughty queen of the school Namora, had a really fun dynamic, so I desperately wanted art of the two of them when I saw Craig Rousseau (the penciller on the book) had a table at Boston Comic Con. I'm delighted with how this turned out; their expressions are SO wonderfully characteristic and the texture of their hair, eyebrows, lips, is really terrific.
