Green Arrow Vol 2 1 pg 21 Phil Hester & Andre Parks

Kevin Smith got the job of bringing back Oliver Queen as Green Arrow and he took it on in a storyline entitled "Quiver". Penultimate page from the first issue where mysterious arrows are appearing. This leads into the cliff hanging ending splash page where a certain emerald archer is back, While not a major page from this issue, it does feature some nice art by Phil Hester and Andre Parks. Sometimes I like these pages that don't featured major characters but instead serve to move the story along. And it's got Kevin Smith's words on the page. Overall, pretty nice in my opinion.
