Description

Philippa Ewert (aka A Spirit of the People) by Danno Klonowski. I had to research this character, as I had no idea who she was. i picked up this card primarily because it include a cat, which is always a huge selling point for me. The character is from the Captain Confederacy mini-series published by Marvel's Epic imprint in 1991-1992, where she was from the PRC - Peoples Republic of California.
