Karate Kid vs. Hercules by Reilly Brown and Simon Gough

I've been a fan of Reilly Brown's art ever since I first saw it in an issue of Cable/Deadpool many years ago. When I found out that he was doing some commissions from home I gave him a few opponents to choose from for a Karate Kid piece and he went with the incredible Hercules! And this piece looks amazing. Reilly did a great job in contrasting the characters' sizes and styles here. And I love how they both look like they're really enjoying themselves, as I know these characters would truly appreciate meeting such skilled opponents. Thanks again, Reilly!

Val Armorr is a a master of every form of martial art known by the 31st Century, even those learned from alien worlds. Hercules is a master of many forms of hand-to-hand combat himself, and even helped to develop wrestling and Pankration himself, plus he has many centuries of experience using these skills in fights with an endless variety of opponents. So yes, this fight would be appropriately epic. I honestly have a hard time calling this one, so I'm gonna say they go to a draw after a very long bout and then decide to go off and fight some armies together for fun.
