Description

In Edmonton our Sci Fi convention was called Noncon. Ken had relatives here and decided to visit and bring some of his art to sell at our show. His art was a hit and he was a joy to spend time with.

Ken was part of the underground comix movement and has illustrated a number of funny animal comics like Weasel Patrol and the Contractors. He eventually moved on to video game illustration.

The painting's title - Dreaming of Bigger Wings - makes it.
