Description

Woodgod is, admittedly, a one note character whose time has come and gone. But, as a kid, showing up in Hulk with the Changlings was cool. I'm actually surprised that he never showed up in Alpha Flight. Seems like a nature fit if even only for a cameo.

I'd wanted to get a commission with Woodgod at some point ... if I could think of something interesting. It took forever and really it was just me looking at my master list of "characters I'd like to get a commission of some day" and seeing Woodgod listed right next to Wendigo and going "Ah-ha!". Once I had that I knew it was something that I wanted Michael to do. Luckily, he said yes and, of course, it turned out great. Love how you can clearly see Woodgod's gonna nail Wendigo with a huge left hook. Great, great guy and a really nice cool piece of work here.

When I saw Michael post that I thought it was awesome and wondered who it was for since it was such a cool idea. Glad to know it's going to a good home.
