Description

Another amazing take on the Dark Knight by the incredible Ben Templesmith. This one was used as a prelim and cover proposal for DC Comics and shows the "real" Batman ... as opposed to the cover version (see here: http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=927221&GSub=117271).

Yup, they definitely are out of their minds ;-) According to Ben, he used this to show them his ideas for the Batman character. Imho it easily beats a lot of the "conventional" covers.

I love his stubby appearance, you need to shave batman! :) Ben Templesmith is a great artist and this is a stellar piece!
