Published October 1992.

One of my favorite covers since it features a Supergirl analog that existed for only a short period in the DC universe.

This is Laurel Gand of the 'SW6' doppelganger Legion, a younger version of the 'Five Year Gap' Laurel.
She appeared in Legion of Superheroes 24. She wore this Mon-El themed costume until LSH 41 where she adopted the Andromeda name.

This version of Laurel Gand/Andromeda ceased to exist after Zero Hour.
