Description

Mark Texeira told me he thought he drew this image back in the 1980's and he subsequently lost the reference work that he used to create it. It had masking tape around the borders of a 11x17 standard comic board and was white washed to conceal the blue lines and provide a better substrate for the water color used. The work was recently published in the 'Nightmares and Daydreams' sketchbook by Renee Witterstaetter (2010).
