Description

I won the inking category of the first Official Marvel Try-Out Contest in the mid-80's. This is one of the pages I submitted. It as not from the INKING section...I sent in a extra one. The pages had bluelined pencils on them. If they ever actually published the pages I sure never got a copy. When I was really busy with ADVS. OF SUPERMAN (I think) they contacted me wanting me to ink the rest of the pages so they could finally print the story. There was no way I had time to do that. So, it MAY have been published...Marvel was always bad about sending comp copies (when they did it would be 1-3 copies). If it WAS published, I wish someone would send me a copy or a link. The actual page does still have more cyan/light blue where it should be printed CYAN than my scan could show. SOLD
