Truly an amazing and powerful piece. Perhaps the best Vess I can recall. So much to look at and the tones Vess uses ties it all together. I think the tree is amazing, what a presence it has in this piece.

Malcolm I'm not one to pay easy compliments just to make you feel good but this is simply gorgeous. The theme, the colors, the composition. Wow. How do you get so lucky where most if not all of your commissions turn out so good?

Otherworldly... the artwork tells a story beyond words which lingers in the mind in the realms between dream, fantasy, and reality. A true masterpiece!
