Description

London Super ComicCon 2012 was the 1st convention I attended and one of the first artists I approached was John. We arranged to pick up the sketch the following day since I asked for a bit more time consuming piece. When I got there the next day John wasn't there and as the show was slowly ending I was starting to accept the fact that I wont have the already paid for sketch. About an hour till the end of the show I recognized my friend Rich, and the rest is history :) He helped me out with emailing to John McCrea and 3 months later I got the piece in the mail :) Shoutout to Rich! Thanks buddy!
I couldn't me more happy with the way it came out!
London Super ComicCon so it's only right Spidey was sightseeing in London :)

I'm sure I've seen this before. Fantastic commission though, congratulations. Can I be cheeky and ask how much it set you back? Thanks

I hope you didn't, I've tried to come up with something original ;) John charged me 60 Pounds.

Sorry, I meant I'm pretty sure I've seen that exact piece somewhere, and I just remembered where, Comic Conventions UK :) Wow, that is a fantastic price!
