Arkham Unhinged #11, page 16, with Mad Hatter, Black Mask, Ventriloquist, Ratcatcher, Two-Face, The Carpenter

Such a damn amazing piece. When I couldn't get any of the Hatter pages from the Hatter issue (the artist gave them to his dad, go figure), I got something even better - one of Mico Suayan's Hatter panels from issue #11!

This features a whole host of great Bat-villains! Two-Face is the judge, with The Mad Hatter, the Ventriloquist, Black Mask, Ratcatcher, and the Carpenter as witnesses against the Joker. The pencil work is stunning and actually looks good in this scan.
