Hughes auctioned a page of art on E-bay, that I won and paid for through Paypal on Nov.30th 2007, but HE NEVER SENT IT, NOR DID HE GIVE ME A REFUND! E-bay kicked him off after I set up a dispute. I have e-mails to prove it so beware and deal with him at your own risk. 91 days and counting.
