Description

Been a while since I had a full fledged commission done so let's all take a gander. Redwing was a character who was a member of the Team Titans a Titans offshoot book from 1991 that spun out of Armageddon 2001. The lady she's flying with in tow is her friend Chimera who was introduced in Team Titans Annual #1. The two were seemingly very good friends but we never actually had any time to see the two hanging out before Team Titans was cancelled just months after Chimera's introduction as most the Team Titans were erased due to Zero Hour, including Redwing, and Chimera was never seen again after Team Titans ended.

Tom had a part in the Team Titans creation being one of the artists who drew in their debut appearance of the New Titans #79 and he also illustrated the cover of that issue so it seemed like a no brainer to get the duo drawn by him.

Grummett is an awesome artist who can do just about anything (he's DC's Bagley) and this piece turned out really great ! Congrats !

Great choice on characters. I don't really remember Chimera, but I loved Redwing. Team Titans was a fun concept. I was pretty disappointed when they were wiped from continuity. This piece is great. Congrats.
