DescriptionWas fortunate enough to have my son for a few extra days here at the first of his Spring Break, and part of our arrangement regarding games, is a fair share of dedicated Dad time...So, when time permits we put together a puzzle, watch a few movies, and interact... He is gaining experience both with his mother and I, and becoming quite the puzzle builder... It's hard to get his interest when it's still most of the 551 pieces scattered about, but once the frame and scenes begin to come together, he has a great eye... In my reading days, the John Carter of Mars series was one of my favorites, as was this prominent Dejah Thoris vision of Frazetta's... I've never seen its equal... I think the next puzzle we'll be doing is Frazetta's: "Against the Gods", but probably not until around Christmas... Now, I've got to go modify a picture frame, as these puzzles were really close to 24 x 18, but off about an 1/8" in both directions! Time for the tools!!! Social/Sharing |
