Description

I met Charles Fetherolf at Mocc Fest 2013. He was sitting next to my friend Justin Melkmann, who also had a table there. I saw that Charles was drawing these very detailed painted sketches, so I asked him if he'd contribute a piece to my Doctor Who sketchbook.
