I have been a huge fan of the British sci-fi series Doctor Who since I first saw it air here in the States on PBS in the mid-1980s. I am really not sure why it never occurred to me to start a Doctor Who theme sketchbook before. But between all of the incarnations of the Time Lord, his traveling companions, and his army of enemies, there are plenty of great characters for artists to draw.
