Many fans consider Tom Baker, the Fourth Doctor, to be the definitive portrayal of the character. He was the first Doctor who I ever saw on television. Baker certainly was extremely memorable in the role, and the era he appeared in was a definite "golden age" for the show, with numerous classic serials.

Ian Dorian drew this very striking pencil portrait of the Fourth Doctor, and he said he enjoyed doing it. I think that definitely shows in the finished piece.
